    Occupying an area of 60,000m2 in the Economic and Technical Development Zone in Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu Province,Suzhou Akcome Photoelectric Technology, as a holding subsidiary of Akcome Technology (stock code 002610) which is a listed company subordinate to Akcome Group, is a leading professional manufacturing and service provider of solar photovoltaic cells and components.

    Akcome Photoelectric makes use of its own full-automatic production equipment advantage imported from Germany, and chooses BOM raw materials of TOP3 suppliers in the industry to ensure that the products strictly meet the quality requirements of IEC and customers. Akcome Photoelectric implements complete and strict quality management, pursues product zero defect and organization optimization, practices process management method, and constantly promotes continuous improvement of each process to adapt to and meet the needs and expects of customers.

    In 2017, the company plans the component production capacity of 1.4GW. After 6 years of technology precipitation, with excellent customer services and reliable product quality, the company is well received by big customers in China and overseas customers e.g. Japan, and the products are widely applied to residence, commercial roof and ground photovoltaic power station generation system.

    Full line adopts REIS production line imported from Germany, and is equipped with the industry leading welding machine, efficient double cavity laminating machine, high-resolution EL tester, full-automatic frame robot equipment and AAA-level power tester.

    Relying on the advantages of two production bases, namely Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu and Ganzhou of Jiangxi, adopt BOM raw materials of TOP3 suppliers to provide efficient and reliable products.

    The products have passed comprehensive certification of TUV, JET, MCS, ETL, CEC, CQC and top runner, and passed harsh environmental assessment e.g. PID, ammonia test, salt spray test and sand & dust test.

    Akcome PV Technical R&D Department has various hi-end test equipment such as the Pasan Solar Simulator made in Swiss, high/low temperature environment test box, UV environment test box, HF environment test box, DH environment test box, thermal infrared imager, EL fault inspection machine, 3D microscope, QE quantum measurement system. Having passed the CNAS certification as based on the ISO17025 Standard, the PV module lab has competent test capacity for PV module/battery performance, and contributes to the random inspection of the production line and verification of new product R&D. With several employees of doctor’s or master’s degrees, the Technical R&D Department has enriched experience of research and development of PV technologies, and is dedicated to the enhancement of the photovoltaic switch efficiency and the development of differentiated PV module products to cater for the clients’ special requirements. The company has currently gained over 20 patents.
